What payment methods do you accept?
The following payment methods are acceptable:
- Card Payments
- Online Banking (HSBC)
- Cash on Collection
How does the payment and delivery work?
Payment must be made before 1pm Monday to Friday for same day delivery, otherwise delivery will commence next working day.
What shipping options are available (courier)?
The following shipping options we currently use:
- Royal Mail (for smaller and lighter products)
- ParcelForce (for larger and heavier products)
How can I track my order?
If you choose the following options at checkout these will be tracked using Royal Mails online tracking system:
- 1st Class Recorded
- Next Day Special Delivery
When do you ship our goods to us?
All our items are usually shipped within 24 hours of ordering or within 24 hours of an ordered item becoming available in-stock. If part of an order is out of stock, we may ship the in-stock items separately, at no extra cost, to minimise waiting times, but normally we ship items as soon as they are all in together.
How do we return unwanted or faulty items?
You can return any item that you ordered from us within 30 days from the date you received your order for a full refund (excluding shipping). With the exception of faulty goods, the item(s) returned must be in their original and saleable condition. All packaging and labelling must also be included.
